Returns Policy
We are a small, independent maker of glass, not a mass producer or superstore, so we are happy to answer any questions about products before you buy so you won't need to make a return. Online sales are provided to make it easier for people outside my region and the areas served by my retailers to acquire Vitreluxe glass.
However, we understand that occasionally an item may not be what you expect and will happily accept your return within ten business days, minus a 20 percent restocking fee. The original packaging must be used and it must arrive undamaged and in perfect condition. In order to process you return, you must email us at goods@vitreluxe.com and include your order number, name and email address used to place the order so we can process your credit, minus the 20 percent restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Where is it made?
All work is blown or cast in Portland, Oregon. Depending on the design, we either hand form a blown form or use blown or press molds. The choice is made to reach the design gold. Keep in mind some variation in shape and size comes with handmade glass.
We source clear glass from North Carolina or Sweden. For color, we produce a series of tinted hues made here or source colors from Germany and Mexico.
When will I get my order?
It depends on the items. We cover a wide range of styles and values. We keep stock on all items under $200, but stock will shift based on demand. We use tags so you can filter by “ Ready to Ship” and Made to Order” If we have the stock, we will ship in 3-7 working days.
Care and Cleaning
While our cups are dishwasher safe, hand washing of all glassware is always recommended. We use soda Lime glass, which is not microwave or oven-safe.
Hand washing is always best. If you choose the dishwasher, liquid detergent is a must, and avoid the sanitation cycle. Dry detergents and the high heat will bake any residue onto the glass. Use caution when loading to avoid impact.
